For now here is a quick rough draft of a future painting of Iori Yagami. I feel like i need to push the pose a bit more and make it more dynamic. I also want to add more people to the background to make it more interesting.

K’ Pain V2
With a bit more experience I decided to give my K’ painting another try and fix areas that I felt needed work. I’ve also added a couple more details such as lights and steam. Pretty soon I will start working on some winter artwork. Shame I couldn’t fully enjoy this fall season.

Mai Shiranui vs Chun Li V2
Here is an updated version of Mai and Chun Li. I originally wanted them to be surrounded by Sakura trees. My original idea was a bit different but because of the pose I had to change it to this patio one. But because it felt overwhelming when I first painted it, I left the flowers out. Surprisingly it wasn’t that hard. On top of that, I softened a few areas on both Mai and Chun Li while also adjusting the tone of the whole painting. Personally I think it looks much better now.

Another year, another attempt at painting Athena Asamiya. This is the third rendition. I’m getting there. Looking at it know, there are a few details that I may come back to, but it’s a huge improvement from the last version.

Athena Asamiya Peace Re Do Rough Back Ground
Still don’t know yet if I will add a proper background to this painting yet. Now that I have it at this point I have some ideas of what is possible, but I wanted to try this rough background out since I liked it on another painting I saw in my references. To go along with the background, I went for a rough painting style on Athena. There were a couple of changes I made to her face and hair. I wonder if you guys can tell? With this design I wanted a fun, moe feel that emphasizes curves.

Athena Asamiya Peace Re Do line art
Way back in 2018 for Inktober day 11 I drew Athena Asamiya which looked really rough. Here is a RE:do of it. This time I went for a softer more curvy style. I made the shorts a bit smaller than the original design (they pull up higher up to he bellybutton), I fixed that on the digital line art.
