"A Hopeless Dream Chaser"
The line art for my drawing of Suiryu and Suiko. I made a couple of edits so that I could fix a couple of areas. Specifically on Suiryu’s face. I might both ink it and make a painted version as well.

References used for these drawings were screenshots from the movie “My Lucky Stars”. A movie by Sammo Hung with co actor Jackie Chan as part of a trilogy. The actress depicted is Michiko Nishiwaki who plays a rather memerable role for the finally of the movie.

It comes from the movie in question. My drawings are just moments before the scene where this gif happens.

There were a couple of things I wanted to fix first before paint it. Mainly it had to do with Misaka’s feet and posture. Misaka just looked awkward so I redrew her legs. Next I moved to her arms to give her a more interesting pose. I also wanted to have her tilting her head in a different way to give her a more confident posture. Aside from Misaka, I also made a few tweaks to Misaki and Mitsuko.

They finally introduced Suiryu’s sister in Yusuke Murata’s version of One Punch Man. I really hope they take a more important role.

The scene of the Majin laughing at Bojji gave me a strong image of the image “Tartini’s Dream”. I’ll talk about it more when I finish this piece. The goal is to draw and shade it all in pencil. but this is the line art and the way the scene is composed. For the final piece I will transfer it to another clean paper (I put too much pressure when I draw).
I’ll leave the description as it is for now, I’ll explain more when I make the finished drawing (although inking it would’ve looked nice too).

I wasn’t too sure what to do with the background, but as I was looking through my screenshot references I came upon a couple of a sunset that I wanted to replicate.

I was wondering whether to change the colors of the outfit from the reference of Kyôko Koizumi:
But I quite liked this color combination so I decided to keep it. As for the color of the sneakers, I was playing around with the idea of various colors like purple but I ended up with this black accent ones.
