It still looks a bit rough, but hopefully it will take form when I finalize the lines. I have decided to just do the rough draft traditionally and then do the line art digitally so as to not waste time redoing the line art more than once.

In focusing on painting and trying to understand color I started neglecting form and proportions. So it’s time I go back to basics and start drawing again. I’ve notice I find it much easier and natural to do so traditionally. I’ve been feeling a bit off so hopefully I can get back in the groove soon.

Akane Side Profile
Originally I only had Akane but felt it needed a bit more so I decided to also add in Ranma and Ryoga.
I’ve been uploading to a couple of sites but I stopped uploading to Twitter when I found out they would use images for AI, I also started getting a bunch of NFT and spam from Artstation so I have decided to also stop uploading there first. On the plus side, at least it’s two less things to update.

Kongiku and Yuzuruha Onsen Rough Draft
Surprised it took me this long to also paint Yuzuruha and Kongiku, or anything from Muramasa. Here is the rough draft. Making my ideas come to life is so much easier just painting it out like this.
